London, 05 May 2017: Certeco, the business change management consultancy, has announced it has partnered with Caroline Mansley, specialist in IT and business change management, organisational transformation and programme governance, to extend and build its presence in the Scottish market.

Certeco, with offices in Glasgow, already works with some of Scotland’s biggest names in financial services and hopes to significantly grow the business in the region. Partnering with Caroline is a key part in the strategy to build the brand, forge new relationships and help tailor its service offerings for the Scottish market.

Caroline has held a number of senior positions at financial institutions and consultancies. Most recently, Caroline worked for global insurer AIG, where she held a Global Operations Executive role responsible for transforming the customer engagement frameworks and implementing new technology to innovate and improve operational efficiencies. Prior to that, she held senior IT positions at Lloyds Banking Group, Scottish Widows and RBS. She has also worked for Capgemini and BT Syntegra.

Caroline commented: “Just delighted to be on board with Certeco and helping to make them a force to be reckoned with in Scotland. Compared to the big five consultancies, Certeco’s proposition is a really compelling alternative, with their agile approach, ability to scale up and be responsive to requirements.”

Augusto Negrillo, COO at Certeco concurred: “The financial services sector in Scotland is facing huge amounts of change, from digital transformation and business restructuring to regulatory initiatives. We’re excited to be teaming up with Caroline to leverage her experience and skills to help us make the most of these opportunities and build our business north of the border.”
