Prior to Certeco, Jane led CSC‚Äôs regional testing centre of excellence, where she was responsible for the post merger functional integration of two test consultancies consisting of over 250 consultants. Through the integration she created and implemented a ‚Äúone company culture,‚ÄĚ in addition to a uniform test delivery methodology and QA organisation.
